If you have cancelled within 24hrs of your appointment time you will have to pay 50% of the service you have booked.

If you have an appointment and have not shown up without notice you will have to pay 100% of the service price and then will have to pay a 50% deposit before i’m able to rebook.

Depending on the severity of the matting I will have to enforce a de-matting fee of £10 as the matting causes damage to my equipment and blades which will have to be sharpened.

If your dog comes in with fleas I will have to charge an added £5 for the flea bath and to disinfect my salon with a flea bomb.
